Multi-channel data recorder AR208
Multi-channel recorder, 8 measuring inputs, 4 alarm/control outputs, Ethernet, USB, RS485, graphic display 320x240 with touch screen, wall mounted, IP65
Product Description
- measurement and recording of the temperature by thermoresistance and thermocouple sensors and other physical parameters (humidity, pressure, level, speed, etc.) processed into a standard electric signal (0/4÷20mA, 0÷10V, 0÷60mV, 0÷850Ω), the option of presenting and recording from 1 to 8 measuring channels
- 8 universal inputs (Pt100, Ni100, Pt500, Pt1000, J, K, S, R, T, B, E, N, 0/4-20mA, 0-10V, 0-60 mV, 0÷850Ω), without galvanic separation
- 4 alarm/control outputs with acoustic and visual signalling of the operational status and e-mail notification, programmable characteristics and option of assigning to any measurement channel triggering alarm, selected during the order:
- relay 5A / 250Vac (for resistance loads)
- SSR (NPN O.C. type, optional) 24V with 850Ω resistor
- recording of data in a standard text file located in the internal memory of the recorder (4GB) or an USB memory in a FAT system, with possibility to edit in spreadsheet software, e.g. Microsoft Excel or OpenOffice Calc
- wide range of standard equipment with serial interfaces: USB (for working with PC and USB flash drives), RS485 (MODBUS-RTU) and Ethernet (100base-T, TCP/IP: MODBUS-TCP, HTTP server, SMTP client, DHCP, ICMP, DDNS client, etc.)
- wall mounted enclousure, IP65
- www server for work with any web browser (Opera, IE, Firefox, etc.); the site contains information about active measurement channels, time, status of the outputs, recording, etc., with the possibility to show diagrams using the Google Chart API service (diagrams require constant Internet access), see more...
- the DDNS service, which enables easy access over the Internet to a controller connected to a network that has no fixed public IP address, through a friendly Internet address defined by the user; the service is available only for registered users of popular DDNS services, such as DynDNS (www.dyndns.org), No-IP (www.no-ip.com), and DNS-O-Matic (www.dnsomatic.com)
- option of transferring archive data and configuration data to a USB memory or using the USB port of a computer, or via Ethernet;
- colour LCD TFT graphic display 320x240 dots (QVGA), with a touch screen, brightness adjustment, and programmable background colour for individual measurement channels
- programmable menu language (Polish, English) including the version of the site stored in the web server
- graphic and text methods of presenting the measured values (numerical values, bar graph, counter, graph);
- grouping of measurement channels to be displayed, with automatic formatting of the screen
- a programmable "F" button for quick selection of one of the available functions: start/stop of recording, copying or moving archives to a USB memory, blocking of outputs, sound alarms or the touch screen and the keypad, device status and internet services;
- a broad selection of recording start methods (continuous, limited by date and time, periodic daily, above or below the permission threshold related to any measurement channel);
- internal real time clock with a battery backup power supply (up to 8 years of continuous operation);
- built-in 24Vdc power supply for supplying on-site transducers
- line resistance compensation for resistive sensors and temperature of cold thermocouple ends (automatic or fixed)
- free software provided for displaying recorded results as graphics or text (ARsoft-LOG) and for configuring the parameters (ARsoft-CFG)
- programmable inputs, indication ranges, names of measurement channels and groups, options of recording, alarms, display, communication, access and other configuration parameters
- access to configuration parameters protected by a user password or no password required
- methods for configuring parameters:
- via membrane keyboard and a touch screen located on the front panel
- via USB, RS485 or Ethernet and freeware ARsoft-CFG (7/8/10) or user application, MODBUS-RTU and MODBUS-TCP communication protocols
- from configuration files saved in the USB memory or on a computer disk;
- available protection of measurement data against unauthorized modification (check sum)
- intuitive operation and clear signalling of operation statuses (recording, transmission, etc.).
- recording of data until the memory is full (4GB is enough for at least 500 days of continuous operation with recording of 8 channels every 1s)
- simultaneous recording of data from all active measurement inputs
- high accuracy and immunity to interference
- option of independent software update for the recorder from USB memory;
